Senior Project Engineer with 11+ years across the full project lifecycle — FEED, EPC tendering, constructability, execution planning and commissioning — on oil & gas and heavy-industrial infrastructure. Currently on ExxonMobil's Mozambique Rovuma LNG Phase 1 Integrated Project Team in Milan — widely regarded as the world's largest LNG project currently in development, built on a remote island site with no existing infrastructure. My work sits where engineering meets the contractor — constructability reviews, technical bid evaluation, weight management and strategic milestone coordination, and EPC tender packages large enough that major international contractors (Saipem, McDermott, Daewoo, CPECC, TEN, JGC) competed for them. Across my career I've supervised over 10 million manhours on site and led execution planning for more than 120 million manhours of project scope, across five major EPC projects. Before ExxonMobil: eight years across owner, EPC-contractor and consulting roles in India — a ~$410M greenfield biorefinery, industrial capex builds, and a spell applying Theory of Constraints to figure out why a steel fabricator's output was stuck.

Interfacing with the FEED Contractor Consortium (Saipem, McDermott, Daewoo, CPECC, TEN, JGC) across execution planning, constructability, and EPC tendering for an 18.6 MTPA onshore LNG facility — what's considered the world's largest LNG project currently in development.
- Identified critical sequencing inefficiencies in the contractor's construction plan through whole-system analysis, driving realignment of soil disposal logistics and temporary facilities decommissioning that cut projected execution duration by 4–6 months
- Led EPC ITT development for the complete onshore construction scope — one of the largest single EPC tender packages in the current global LNG market — and ran structured technical bid evaluations across the competing contractor consortium (Saipem, McDermott, Daewoo, CPECC, TEN, JGC)
- Guided the contractor on sizing and strategising temporary facilities and accommodation for a peak workforce of ~10,000 at a remote island site with no existing infrastructure
- Ran the Constructability Roadmap through FEED, closing out Constructability Action Items carried over from Pre-FEED and folding best practice back into the design disciplines
- Sat in on 3D Model Reviews to catch design issues early, and resolved contractor Technical Queries (TQs) fast enough to keep schedule impact minimal
- Contributed to the Material Management Plan for a logistically complex island site, and built out a scope-packaging framework (Advanced Work Packaging) to bridge engineering deliverables to field-ready work packages
- Recognised internally for stepping up as Execution Lead, broadening how the contractor approached execution and unlocking schedule and cost optimisation
Supported the PreFEED and Select stage (Gate 2) prior to FEED contract award, within Central Project Management — Contracting & Execution Planning.
- Prepared Gate 2 execution deliverables and evaluated FEED Technical Proposals from competing contractors — assessments that directly shaped contractor selection and EPC award direction
- Coordinated with ExxonMobil Centers of Excellence to update the Scope of Work for Competitive FEED, aligning technical requirements across disciplines for bid comparability
- Created Modularisation Project Standards from scratch for building a remote, large-scale LNG facility in modular format
- Developed Weight Management Procedures and led Strategic Leadership Milestones (SLM) workshops with Ventures and Marine/Structures teams, aligning stakeholders around key project milestones and decision gates
- Developed and reviewed the Constructability Plan, systematically identifying and eliminating execution risk ahead of contractor mobilisation

- Managed multiple concurrent Order-to-Cash system deployments as sole client point of contact, across rapid 2–3 month cycles

Applied Theory of Constraints — systems-thinking methodology for finding the one bottleneck actually limiting a whole operation — to a steel fabricator's capacity expansion and a two-wheeler manufacturer's product development pipeline.
- Diagnosed the binding constraint in a structural fabrication programme and implemented a sequenced fix through critical chain scheduling
- Also supported the client's PMO through punch list closure during Mechanical Completion and Commissioning of a steel plant
Engineers India Limited
Client representative on the Assam Bio Refinery Project (~$410M at 2019–21 rates), a greenfield facility converting bamboo biomass to ethanol — one of India's pioneering second-generation biofuel projects.
- Managed end-to-end execution of ~10 work contracts, from technical specification through contract award, monitoring, and final billing, as owner representative
- Drove project fast-tracking initiatives through buy-in sessions with client top management, achieving measurable schedule recovery on a remote, complex site
- Owned the risk log and processed price variation claims, change orders, and final bills for contractual compliance
Larsen & Toubro
PMO for two concurrent industrial capex projects (OSBL utility infrastructure for a steel plant) totalling ~$76M at 2016–18 rates — EPC-contractor side.
- Ran the Project Management Office across both projects — schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder reporting — building the L1–L6 scheduling and critical-path discipline that's underpinned execution planning work since
